Regus keeps raising rent excessively without making it worth the increase (coffee is at least $3 per cup, printer is $1 per page), and the utilities are consistently short circuiting meaning AC and heat are often on the fritz. Construction is currently being done in the building and there is often no notice when there will be noise or potential disruption to our business, and we're basically just told to suck it up. My biggest issue is that I tried cancelling our lease before the 3 month renewal deadline, and their system didn't register it so now I'm locked into another year lease despite reaching out immediately (and technically still within the 3-month notice deadline). I've attempted to be in touch with Laura O'Brien who told me I have a grace period to change the upcoming lease so I can get out sooner, but she's been nonresponsive for days. It's almost impossible to connect with anyone else about the situation and the website/app is completely incomprehensible so it looks like we're stuck for another year. I do NOT recommend Regus at all, at least not without having a lawyer look over the documentation to see if it works for your business.

Subscribed to their virtual office service in 2024. After a 1 year or so, I decided to cancel the service, at which time I realized this company is possibly a scam. Despite many email communications, they still keep secretly renewing services periodically and bill me. I never knew a virtual office company could do "business" in this way. Avoid them at all cost. Since their web application is used by all Regus locations, I have reason to believe this practice is not limited to their Dedham location.

The building has lost heat for almost two weeks and Regus will not credit us for rent. This building repair service is terrible. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean or vacuum the offices they just empty trash.

Wouldn’t recommend. The office space is old, ceiling tile stains, bathroom had broken paint and mold stains. Not enough toilet paper. The common space coffee machine didn’t work, no free water bottles. The desk staff at the front was rude and told us we couldn’t work out of OUR space that OUR COMPANY pays for. She continued to say that we can’t close our door during a meeting bc of furniture guys that WE paid for - for what it’s worth, other tenants seem to rave about her service so I’m only speaking on my experience today. Very dated space and not new and fresh. Due to our first experience there today, we will be moving our company to another place. I refuse to do business with a place that left a horrible first experience on my mind. Go to a we work or industrious where they have free water, coffee machines that work and polite friendly staff.

Courtney is the GOAT! Super friendly and always looking to help. If you have any issues with anything, she will get them fixed!
