I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of the creative ecosystem at the Wheelhouse at Bradford Mill. Rich in architectural character and shaped by an extraordinary range of artistic disciplines, the mill offers an environment where creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship naturally intersect. As the owner of The Wrapping Depot, a gift presentation design studio, one of my first priorities was finding a professional, public-facing space where I could meet with clients outside of my home studio. That search led me to Michelle, the Property Manager at Bradford Mill, who immediately understood what I was looking for and found an outside-the-box solution tailored to my business needs. Michelle is an exceptional asset to the Bradford Mill community. She is resourceful, responsive, and solutions-oriented, approaching challenges with creativity and initiative. She has a genuine ability to understand what a business needs and find a practical way forward. What makes Bradford Mill particularly special is the community within it. Surrounded by artists, makers, and established businesses devoted to their respective crafts, there is a constant exchange of ideas, expertise, and inspiration. It is a place where people are not only building businesses but contributing to a larger creative community. I am especially grateful to Michelle for her continued commitment to the tenants of Bradford Mill, and to John and Johanna for their vision in transforming a historic mill into a place where businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs have the opportunity to establish, create, and grow.

We have been tenants of the Wheelhouse for some time and have had a fantastic experience. The space is so unique—the combination of the shared art space and a wide range of businesses creates a vibrant community of people from all walks of life. The building is very well-managed, has great facilities, and no ask seems too small. As Property Manager, Michelle runs a tight ship and organizes great events that bring this community together. We also appreciate the 'no task is too small' attitude from Ted, the Facilities Manager, who always keeps the space running seamlessly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, productive workspace in Concord!

The Wheelhouse is a unique and terrific place, hosting a diverse group of artists, academics, business professional, and others. I have only recently joined this community, and I just wish I had learned about it earlier. It provides office spaces in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, in large part thanks to its phenomenal director, Michelle Vespier. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Bradford Mills is a great location to set up your office. Michelle is incredibly responsive to requests and needs. Dedicated office space, great snacks, office supplies, conference room availability, good vibes, networking events, walking distance to shops... Bradford Mills has it all.

I've been at The Wheelhouse for 3 years. It's a terrific community and work space. The owners and staff always offer 100%. Very glad to be there!
