⭐☆☆☆☆ Regus – Concord Office (Virtual Mailbox Service) I am posting this in the hope that someone at a higher corporate level reviews it and reaches out. A few months ago, I rented a virtual mailbox for my business at the Concord location. Before signing, I specifically stated that I wanted my mail held at the office so I could physically pick it up. That was the entire purpose of me signing up. Despite that, my mail was forwarded to my home address. When I called the office to ask what mail had been forwarded, the representative could not even clearly explain what had been sent. As a business owner, that is extremely concerning. Mail handling is not a minor issue — it can involve legal and financial documents. When I requested that my mail be held at the office (which is what I believed I was paying for), I was then informed that it would cost an additional $10 per month. That was never clearly explained during the sales process. This experience has left me feeling that the services were not presented clearly at the time of signing. Locking customers into agreements without thoroughly explaining how mail handling is structured creates frustration and distrust. I would strongly advise anyone considering a virtual mailbox here to get every detail in writing before signing. I would appreciate contact from a corporate or regional manager to properly address this matter. — Peter

⭐☆☆☆☆ I signed up for this virtual address service in Concord, Massachusetts specifically after confirming — clearly and directly — that I would be able to pick up my mail in person at the location. That was the deciding factor in my purchase. Today I was informed that my mail was forwarded to my home address without my authorization — something I explicitly stated I did NOT want. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for a virtual business address. When I attempted to escalate the matter to management, I was told I would have to “send an email” and could not speak to anyone directly. That is unacceptable. If your staff makes representations to clients that are not honored, that becomes more than just “miscommunication.” Businesses rely on proper handling of mail for legal and financial reasons. Forwarding mail against a client’s instructions is a serious matter. At this point, I am documenting everything and reviewing my options, including formal complaints and legal consultation if necessary. I strongly advise potential clients to get everything in writing before signing up. Corporate management should reach out immediately to correct this situation.

I had a very disappointing experience with Regus office space in Concord Meadows. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Steve, the sales department, and the desk staff through emails and voicemails, I received no response. This lack of communication and support left me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. I suggest looking elsewhere for office space to avoid similar issues.

The walls are paper thin. You will hear sales people on the phone all day. The conference room walls are paper thin. The support staff are not accommodating. Look elsewhere.

As a local Concord resident and residential real estate agent it is great to have class A office space in Concord . If you need an office for a day, week, or month then stop on in. The front desk is staffed and ready to help you thrive!
