After living in NYC with ample access to private office space, finding modern workspace in Chatham is a newfound gem in Cape Cod. Wish I found this place sooner! Chris made the space easy to locate, key myself in and find the privacy to take an important call with reliable WiFi. To top it, the hours were outside of traditional business, a true highlight.

Modern Workspace is the perfect Coworking space for anyone who needs short/long term work. Chris was super flexible with me and what was necessary for my work; I was able to work after normal working hours without a hitch. Had an important presentation and it was so quiet and perfect for my background. Would recommend this Coworking space to anyone and will definitely use it again if I’m in the area!

My family planned a camping trip to the Cape and I was scheduled to work a remote evening shift during that time. I was afraid I was going to have to skip the trip since libraries and other workspaces typically aren't open after 5pm, but Modern Workspace is open 24/7 and Chris booked a desk for me so I could work 11:30am-8:00pm. WiFi was fast and reliable, good selection of snacks and drinks, and the space was impeccably clean. There were some other folks working there during the day and they were all respectful. Definitely would use this space again if the need arose!
Modern Workspace - 60 Munson Meeting Way has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Modern Workspace.
