Situated on the 5th floor of the 20 University Road building, this flexible workspace is conveniently attached to the Charles Hotel and just steps away from Harvard University. When it's time to head home, enjoy easy access to public transportation, with the Harvard Square stop on the Red Line just a quick walk away, along with numerous bus routes serving the area.

For building security purposes, please let us know who will be attending. All guests must be registered and provide photo ID to enter the building. Please email your guest list, including first and last names, to . The building does not have a security check-in desk at ground floor. Enter through the courtyard entrance (located to the left of The Charles Hotel side) or the main doors on 20 University Road. Take the elevator to the 5th floor to go check in at the Community Desk!

I needed a co-working space today, in a pinch, and Industrious came through for me! (Simon is the best.) It's lively, nice vibe, not too noisy so I could get some work done. If you are looking for a nice place to get some work done in Cambridge, this is the spot.

Industrious in Harvard Square is simply amazing. The space is clean, bright and welcoming. Offices and rooms are exactly as they are pictured and described when you are reserving space. Not only is the space amazing, Simon Ku, the Member Experience Manager at Harvard Square is more than amazing. Simon is extremely polite, patient and very helpful. Simon is professional and makes you feel welcome. Simon is by far is amazing at what he does and is one of the reasons we continue to reserve space in the Harvard Square Office. Thank you Simon for being you!

I had a day pass and the space was perfect. Well-lit for my meeting, the other people there were respectful, and Simon was so helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back the next time I’m working from Boston.

I had such a terrific experience at Industrious! I needed a last minute place to work and do Zoom calls on a business trip, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space was beautiful, and the coffee/snacks were an added treat. Highly recommend it!
