I booked a reservation for an office rental on 3/20 through Davinci Meeting Rooms and Regus is a partner. When I arrived on time for my booked time no one was staffing the front desk, and the customer service at Davinci could not get in contact with the missing staff at Regus. I waited over 30 minutes on hold and no one showed up at the office, or responded to customer service’s outreach. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism. I understand stepping away to use the bathroom, or needing to tend to something but is completely unacceptable to be waiting 30+ minutes after my booked office reservation.

I didn't have much problem here at 1 Mifflin Pl, Harvard Suare 2 Fridays ago. Today the environment is more than a little hostile today. I will consider cancelling my rental. Also, this state, Mass, has laws to stop national origin workplace harassment. It may have occurred here this morning. There are severe penalties. At this time I will say I know the law. I know people want to do their work and keep to their work. But also there is a place to make an effort against this.

I have multiple companies in different locations throughout the U.S. utilizing Regus workspace. I have been working with Regus for five years now. I have found them to be a terrible company to work with. The decision makers and the "help desk" are far removed from the client. When you have an issue, you will first bring it up with your center manager, who are normally great people who want to help, unfortunately their hands are tied and have no authority to make decisions. The most recent issue I had after spending months negotiating a lease, we were told a month after moving in, that the center was closing. They would not allow me to cancel the lease and physically moved our office to another building/location without our consent and have continued to hold us responsible for a "new" lease agreement. I don't even know where the new office is located......I strongly recommend staying away from Regus and their affiliates. I believe the parent company is IWG. I also advise you read other reviews of different locations to see that they have nothing but terrible reviews across the country. I wish I had done this before doing business with them. Its a red flag when you read online that "The company was criticized for their lack of response to the victims' families of the five Regus employees who died in the September 11 attacks." If the company is not response to an major event like this, how do you think they are going to treat you when you have a problem.......I have since found there are many alternatives you can choose from. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I hope this review helps others avoid the headaches that I have had to deal with. Best of luck.

Updated: I cc'ed Alexa for information discrepancy, but she failed to recognize the issue and arguably twisted my intention. So far, I haven't had any positive experiences with Regus. Everyone either doesn't adhere to the policy or seems dismissive. It takes 5 to 6 emails to address a single concern clearly stated in the contract. I also don't see any indication that the owner's responses are genuinely interested in resolving these issues.

Great service and the office manager, Alexa, is incredibly helpful, responsive and kind.
