Longstanding attorney customer for 28 years and had to leave because of charges to the account that were clearly wrong, and when waiting for it to be corrected, they then provided a late payment fee. Now that I've left, they have refused to return the retainer they had since 1995. I've provided them proof of the retainer from their system, and now they refuse to respond or pay the retainer. You will do much better at Alliance Virtual, where things have worked seamlessly since moving. The individuals at Regus are all about simply trying to nickel and dime charges at every turn and don't care if they lose a longstanding customer that always paid on time: until they started tacking on charges through system errors. Nobody takes accountability, and nobody responds when emailed repeatedly for a response. To address the $300 they've had since 1995, I'll need to go to court, apparently. Shameful. I rent an office at this location and the internet service has been out for 8 full days. This means the space has been basically useless for me, and I am sure for most if not all of the other tenants. There has yet to be a communication as to when this will be resolved. When I reached out to the person who leased my this space she told me this issue was "out of their control". The office space is fine and the people at the front desk are friendly. However, the inability/unwillingness to offer reliable, basic utilities and to take any accountability for this warrants a single star as a suitable place to rent office space. If you are considering a space here I would highly recommend that you get an SLA in your lease agreement for availability and response times for things such as working internet. Also - if internet speed is important to you, you should know that the entire office is only capable of 100mbps connections (both wired and wifi) because of the use of networking equipment older than me (maybe this has something to do with the 8+ day outage). There is also an extra charge to use the coffee machine in the kitchen, which is not something I have seen before at any office.
