Traded laptops here for a client. Minus a bit of humorous confusion at the security desk, who thought I was an actual courier, the experience was excellent. Very friendly front desk staff, they knew a package was coming, and allowed sufficient time to sit down at a table to confirm that the package was as expected. It felt like I was treated as well as a paying member, which is very much a good thing. Hoping to return on future trips to Boston!
