• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Harvard innovation Labs.

• Can I visit Harvard innovation Labs - i-lab before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Harvard innovation Labs - i-lab provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Harvard innovation Labs - i-lab? How about for a day or a month?
