Office is in a great location and local to Newbury. They recently renovated the gym , bar and library area that is open to anyone who lives / works in the building.

200 Clarendon, known for years as the John Hancock Tower, is one of Boston's most recognizable architectural icons. Its minimalist design and mirrored glass facade create a stunning visual effect, reflecting the sky, the city, and especially the nearby Trinity Church, creating a unique urban scene. Although it currently lacks a public viewing platform, its presence in Copley Square gives it an undeniable prominence in the city's landscape. The elegance of its lines and the way it interacts with the light throughout the day make contemplating it an aesthetic experience in itself. Even without interior access, 200 Clarendon remains a symbol of the contrast between the historic and the contemporary that characterizes Boston.
