No response for more than 2 weeks. My inquiry was ignored without any follow-up.

Avoid working with Allie Nolan at all costs. Her behavior over the past four years has been consistently hostile, petty, and unprofessional. After she placed me in a role that turned out to be toxic, I made the difficult decision to end the contract. Instead of handling that maturely, Allie chose to retaliate by ignoring every single email I have sent her since—four years of complete silence. What makes it worse is that she continues to send me direct holiday and year-end outreach messages. These are not accidental mass emails—they are personalized. Yet whenever I reply immediately and professionally, she deliberately ignores me again. This pattern feels calculated and intentionally cruel, as if the outreach is only meant to provoke a response she has no intention of acknowledging. I have also been made aware that she went as far as discouraging her own colleagues from working with me, which shows a level of vindictiveness that has no place in recruiting or any professional environment. Allie’s conduct goes beyond simple unresponsiveness. It reflects mean-spirited, exclusionary, and retaliatory tendencies that make candidates feel targeted rather than supported. If you expect integrity, fairness, or even basic professional respect from a recruiter, I strongly recommend working with a different agency. I raised these concerns with a recruiting manager before, and although they reassigned me, the behavior never changed. Allie emailed me again just 6 days ago — and ignored my reply again. The same mean-spirited pattern is still there.

I received immediate, personal attention—every question I had was answered by a real person who reached out directly. No frustrating hold times or robotic menus—just genuine human support. Everyone I interacted with was kind, empathetic, and truly committed to helping me succeed. Their online tools for tracking time and pay were intuitive and hassle-free. They worked hard to ensure I received the best possible compensation for my role, and I felt valued every step of the way. If I ever leave the dream job they helped me land, Beacon Hill will be my first call. I trust them completely and recommend them without hesitation.

I worked with Kelsey at BHSG and had a fantastic experience! I initially found the job on my own but reached out to see if BHSG had any connections with the company I wanted to apply to—and they did, so I decided to apply through them. From there, Kelsey made the process seamless. She was consistently prompt, friendly, and proactive, ensuring I felt confident and prepared for every interview. Thanks to her collaboration with her colleague Nancy, who worked directly with the company, I received helpful updates and insider context throughout the process. It truly felt like I had a team cheering me on, and their support gave me great clarity and feedback at each stage. I’m so glad I applied through them!

The team is responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
At 121 Mount Vernon Street, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Beacon Hill Offices.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Beacon Hill Offices, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
