We’ve been going to Butter Pad for about three years now, and every time we use their studio, it genuinely feels like home. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, and they always find ways to exceed expectations. To us, Butter Pad is the true definition of community. They understand how important it is for artists and creatives to have access to spaces that are not only functional and versatile but also thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated. You can tell how much care goes into the spaces and the experience they create for everyone who walks through their doors. From a production standpoint, the studios are incredible. The beautiful cyc wall, flexible layouts, and overall aesthetic make it easy to bring a creative vision to life. It's also a space we genuinely love bringing clients into. Everything feels professional, welcoming, and well maintained, and having easy parking is always a huge plus. We're also members and can't recommend their membership program enough. They have a super user-friendly app that lets us view the schedules and availability for both their Dorchester and Newton studios, which makes planning shoots and booking space incredibly convenient. What really sets Butter Pad apart, though, is the people. It's rare to find a studio that balances professionalism with such a genuine sense of community. They've created something special for Boston's creative scene, and we're grateful to have a space like this to keep coming back to. Couldn't recommend them more!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Butter Pad! Our team was traveling from out of town and in need of a space to film an interview on very short notice. Zach and Hannah were quick to respond, very accommodating, and really friendly once we were on set. The space worked great for our needs, and the interview looked fantastic. My only regret is that we had to leave so soon!
