I had a very positive experience renting an office at LocalWorks Beverly. The office was very spacious, the common space was likewise spacious and clean and quiet. Most other tenants used their offices sporadically so oftentimes I had the entire place to myself. Highly recommend.

Great location with tons of restaurants and services within the building and walking distance. Excellent management team that is very responsive and available. The space is immaculately clean with fantastic amenities, and it is very reasonably priced for being such a prime location.

Clean, modern work space with great owners and great free coffee. Many different types of seating and office space to choose from. Rates are very reasonable compared to other options. This is the best value and best experience you can find in this area.

Just drop your stuff and get to work! LocalWorks makes everything so easy for you- it's furnished, printing & copying are included, full kitchen with coffee & water included. And unlike other co-working spaces, the private offices are very private. Also, there is abundant free parking. It's a great option for small business owners.
