I’ve had an office at the Cummings Center in the Beverly Executive Suites for ten years, and I couldn’t be happier with the arrangement. The amenities are excellent, and the people—especially management—are outstanding. The team consistently goes out of its way to accommodate tenants and support their growth. As my business expanded, I needed a larger office, and they readily agreed to knock down walls and renovate the space to meet my needs. When I decided to hire an associate, they also offered generous lease terms to help offset the risk of bringing on a new employee. Jennifer Ameen, Karen Armbruster, Alma Philpott, and the entire Cummings/Executive Suites team are tremendous people and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Cummings Center and the Executive Suites highly enough.
