As an Amesbury native, I opened my business fresh out of school and was searching for an affordable, professional office space. The moment I toured Boston North Technology Park, I knew it was exactly where I wanted to be. The property is always clean, quiet, and exceptionally well-maintained. Parking is plentiful, making visits easy and stress-free for both tenants and clients. Chris and Jess are absolutely amazing—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Their communication is outstanding, and tenants are always kept informed of any building updates or maintenance well in advance. I’ve been here for four successful years, and throughout that time I have never had a negative experience. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The professionalism, convenience, and overall atmosphere have exceeded my expectations from day one. STAY AWAY!!! After reading the reviews I'm not the only one to be treated this way. Last year they canceled my appointment for a tooth extraction with out my consent saying they though i didn't want it because i questioned the gouging price cost. It Wasn't the case. So i though i would give them another chance even though they are $1000 higher than other local offices. I Called today to make an appointment and they were very rude again. Then the receptionist said, because i left a bad review they wont serve me. zero stars. Its not me....its you. Way to get another review!!!!
At Boston North - Technology Park, Private Offices can be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Boston North.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
