I have had a great experience with my commercial landlord. She is extremely responsive, professional and quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. The location is fantastic and popular, it's easy to find. It's close to Baptist Oschner hospital and to Trader Joe's, which is a benefit to myself and my clients. She cares about her properties and maintains her buildings, impeccably, which is a nice change for me. I highly recommend her properties if you're looking to lease commercially. It's nice to have a landlord who takes pride in keeping the property clean.
Gorgeous space. Very beautiful inside, lots of natural light. The waiting area is calm and comfortable. Bonus: Bear Cat is downstairs, so clients love to grab a coffee, lunch, or breakfast after their session.
