I have been a REGUS tenant of One Lakeway for over 10 years. The facilities are top notch and convenient for all guests traveling from any where in the New Orleans area, especially the north shore. The manager Aerial Gonzalez goes above and beyond to accommodate all needs. I can always depend on Aerial to handle everything I ask of her, and she never complains. Aerial is extremely customer service friendly and has even greeted my Spanish clientele with friendly conversation in their native tongue. Aerial Gonzalez is truly an asset to the REGUS community. I also want to take the time to thank Ms. Erin Mayeaux for her kindness and assistance to my clients in the Metairie location. REGUS is so fortunate to have such great ladies working for them.
