I just had an amazing experience spending the day at FlexHub! I was on a flight headed to New Orleans when I realized I had a conference call scheduled almost immediately after landing at MSY. I needed a quiet, professional place with reliable Wi-Fi where I could take the call and work for the rest of the day. While still on the plane, I searched for remote workspaces near the New Orleans airport in Kenner, Louisiana, and FlexHub came up. After looking at the photos and reviews, I could immediately tell there was something unique about the place and a different kind of energy. Before takeoff, I texted the number on their website, explained that I was on a plane headed to New Orleans, and asked whether they could accommodate me. I mentioned that I was about to take off and probably wouldn’t see their response until I landed. When I arrived in New Orleans, I had a message waiting from Maria. She was extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating, and confirmed that they had exactly what I needed. I picked up my rental car, told her I was about 11 minutes away, and headed over. When I arrived, Maria greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. She showed me to a private office that was perfect for my conference calls and for working the rest of the day. She also gave me a quick tour of the facility, and I was genuinely impressed by all the amenities FlexHub has to offer. I also had the pleasure of meeting Maria’s son, Elijah, who was just as welcoming and accommodating. Throughout the day, we had some great conversations. He gave me several excellent restaurant recommendations in the area and shared thoughtful perspectives on a few topics we discussed. Those personal interactions with both Maria and Elijah made the experience feel less like I had simply rented an office for the day and more like I had been welcomed into their space. That’s what really stood out to me about FlexHub. Many coworking spaces can feel cold and impersonal, with everyone keeping to themselves. FlexHub is different. You can absolutely have the privacy and quiet you need to focus, but there is also a friendly, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. I was able to take my calls, join conference meetings, get work done, and have an extremely productive day. Needless to say, I found a gem! As someone who travels and works remotely, FlexHub is now on my list whenever I’m in the New Orleans area and need a professional place to work before checking into my hotel or Airbnb. Being conveniently located near MSY makes it even better. A huge thank you to Maria and Elijah for their outstanding hospitality and for making me feel so welcome, especially on such short notice. I highly recommend FlexHub to business travelers, remote professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and professional workspace near the New Orleans airport.
We have been meeting here every Thursday for over a year, and we always have a great experience. The conference room is clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our meetings. We also have access to a projector and TV for Zoom meetings. The person in charge is always very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Excellent service and a great place to meet. I highly recommend it 100%!
I love this space! It is modern, clean, quiet, air-conditioned with decent parking. The community manager, Elijah, is communicative, professional, and happy to point you in the best direction for your needs. They also have a kitchen space and coffee bar. FlexHub offers day passes as well as other types of memberships. They have conference type spaces, private offices, and a coworking space in the center of the building. The next time I am looking for an off-site working space, I will definitely prioritize FlexHub!
Love this coworking space!! As someone who works from home, having a space like Flexhub as been so nice to get out the house, have a quiet space to work, and all getting to meet and connect with other local entrepreneurs has been great! Elijah, the community manager is very helpful and responsive as well!!! Will definitely be working from there more often!
