We have really enjoyed leasing office space at 824 Elmwood for years.. It’s a convenient spot, the space and it works well for our day-to-day work. It is extremely convenient for our employees who come from different areas of New Orleans and Metaire. Parking is a major improvement from our previous location which was a big issue. The few times we’ve needed help, management has been easy to reach and quick to respond. Local ownership has been hands on and contnually makes updates. That has been a big difference from where we previously were. It’s made running our business here feel that much smoother. The atrium is always well maintained and our new clients are amazed when they enter the building. Having free use of the building's meeting room has saved us from paying for rarely used space.
