This review is for quality of this Spaces and treatment of global lounge access members. I visited Spaces im the afternoon and found the Regus app does not have correct navigation directions. Once we found the location and entered, noticed there is not a check-in/reception desk and employee was as a coworking table. I was aggressively told I had to book something and cannot use the space, despite explaining i have a global lounge pass. I pushed employee to lookup my membership and they called another employee who "confirmed" we dont have access before completing the lookup. Once my membership waa looked up, I was allowed to use the community space / lounge. There was not a single ergonomic work station which has never been an issue at other Spaces. Chairs were uncomfortable, facilities were not welcoming and treatment means I will not visit this spaces again. If using lounge/ community area reconsider your visit.

Onsite staff is great, but corporate management and facility safety are major concerns. The local interoffice team—Samantha and Debbie—does an amazing job trying to support clients and maintain the facility. Unfortunately, corporate leadership and sales management fall severely short. Sanitation & Maintenance: Wastewater was suctioned directly from carpets without proper sanitization, and the Wi-Fi connection is persistently inconsistent. Communication & Oversight: Corporate management lacks transparency and responsiveness regarding lease terms, contract details, and safety concerns. Advice for Prospective Tenants: Be cautious of being sold services you don't need, review all contract fine print carefully, and independently pull local crime reports to verify safety before signing.

I have been incorrectly charged $3,574.70 and have not received a response to my claims. In October 2024, I paid the deposit $825.902 and January 2025 $754.60. Total $1,580.19. In January, they charged again the rent for January 2025. $759.35 In February, I filed a notice to terminate the contract, and on March 3, I received a notification from Baton Rouge Perkins that the contract was terminated. Nevertheless this notificacion, On March 22, they charged me for March $754.60 and April $771.60 On April 21, they charged $468.00. I never used the office due to illness April 2 2025 I have filed a complaint. The only thing they did was open case #CEN-01442345. I called them on the phone, and they were rude when they answered. The second time, they hung up on me. My Account # 15212900

Nice place, it is very well located in a shopping center with everything you need nearby. The facilities are very cozy, but the service from the staff working at this location leaves much to be desired. They have no tact whatsoever—I even felt excluded at first just for speaking Spanish. That alone made me decide not to rent. It’s unfortunate, and I hope they can improve.
