We lease space from Urban Bird and Co. the space has a great positive vibe about it, but that’s not surprising considering the owner, who has great positive energy herself! The space also is nice and quaint. Great neighbors all around the space too! I highly recommend!

We used this space for a staff retreat. It’s the perfect spot for a small team. We like having space to collaborate together and individual desk and setting areas to work independently.

I've been a member of this cultivated co-working space since inception. It is a caring community that supports one another in a space as comfortable as home. I love that it's never noisy or overcrowded. The proximity to downtown with plentiful free parking makes it convenient for clients and eliminates the added business expense of renting garage space. Urban Bird is the perfect place to elevate your business from a home office or coffee shop.

I absolutely love calling this place my office! As a startup in the middle of my second year, having a good location, good landlord and affordable workspace have been integral in my success. Coral has been great to work with, fair, and prompt to address any issues. The Mellwood is a great place to call home! If I could give six stars I would!

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Urban Bird and Company provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Urban Bird and Company, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Urban Bird and Company.

  • At Urban Bird and Company, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available.
