The customer service representatives are terrible. The service is terrible. They lie and charge you more money without any say. They have zero flexibility. Representative told me to make the payment before late fee to avoid the fee. I made the payment immediately. A few days later, $30 invoice for paying late. “It’s not in our policy to drop a late payment.” But I did exactly what YOUR representative said and made the payment to avoid the fee. Is it in your policy to lie to customers and demand more money?? Please attach the line in your policy when responding to this review where it says you can lie to the customer and demand more money. A terrible service. Stay far away from signing up for this service and save yourself the headache.

Friendly staff. Beware of contract that you can in no way get out of. I just paid for mail service, an actual hanging folder in their drawer. I no longer need the service but am forced to pay $83 for another year after cancellation for that hanging folder. I didn’t read the small print & Nobody explained it
