We lease space from Urban Bird and Co. the space has a great positive vibe about it, but that’s not surprising considering the owner, who has great positive energy herself! The space also is nice and quaint. Great neighbors all around the space too! I highly recommend!

I've been a member of this cultivated co-working space since inception. It is a caring community that supports one another in a space as comfortable as home. I love that it's never noisy or overcrowded. The proximity to downtown with plentiful free parking makes it convenient for clients and eliminates the added business expense of renting garage space. I absolutely love calling this place my office! As a startup in the middle of my second year, having a good location, good landlord and affordable workspace have been integral in my success. Coral has been great to work with, fair, and prompt to address any issues. The Mellwood is a great place to call home! If I could give six stars I would!
