I'm 48 years old and this is one of the most shamelessly deceitful companies I've ever worked with. They will use low introductory prices to lure you in, attempt to raise your rent 100%, and then stick you with a cleverly hidden move out fee if you turn it down. I cannot highly unrecommend this place enough. I feel really bad for the local employees who work here, they are stuck with dealing the fallout of out of touch corporate decisions.

Updated Review - While I loved my Office Space @HQ and It was a great location and value, I retired recently and found that it was a big hassle to get them to refund me my "retainer deposits" I have been working on it for 2 months now and still do not have resolution.

Having office space at the Lewis Hargett HQ location is an ideal situation for my work. The facility provides a clean, professional environment with the right amenities to support my daily work, as well as providing an ideal location to host on-site meetings with invited individuals or groups. The staff has been great answering questions, helping to solve network access challenges, setting up conference rooms before meetings, and creating the right professional and friendly tone for an effective office environment. Having an office lounge membership has also been a much appreciated help for me, providing a landing place to support my work while I am traveling away from home base. --> Highly Recommend!!
