Warning – Proceed With Extreme Caution I will never sign with this company again and strongly advise others to be very careful. I signed a lease but never moved in, never had a walkthrough, and never used the space. I was rushed into signing, and this was my first time dealing with a lease like this. Within about a week, I notified them that I would not be moving in and requested to be released from the contract. Despite this, they made the refund process extremely difficult and stressful. Even after acknowledging that I never occupied or used the space, they continued to pursue me financially. Over the next two years, I was repeatedly contacted and pressured, with additional charges added, eventually demanding nearly $3,000 for an office room I never used. At one point, the property manager explicitly stated that “it’s going to be very hard to get out of a contract with us,” despite the fact that no move-in ever occurred and I acted in good faith throughout the process. I was respectful and cooperative at all times. The way this situation was handled felt unreasonable and punitive. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear.

We’ve been in this building for about a year now, and it has been a great experience. The space is modern, well-maintained, and designed to support productivity while offering comfortable areas for collaboration. The management team is responsive and proactive, ensuring that any needs are addressed promptly. Amenities such as parking, security, and accessibility are excellent, making this building a convenient and safe choice for any organization. Overall, we’re very pleased with our experience here and would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed office space.
