I rented at the Perfect Small Office Center - Turfway for the last several years and it was a great experience. I am only leaving this year because I am closing my law firm. Otherwise, I would happily stay because the office space was excellent and the common areas were well maintained. Beyond the space itself, building management exceeded all my expectations. As a person who has been lessor and lessee of numerous commercial spaces over the last two decades, I can state with confidence that Brian Toomey sets the bar for property management excellence. Both because of Mr. Toomey and the space, I recommend this office space without qualification.
