I signed up for a virtual office. I didn't sign up to have my mail forwarded as I informed them I was moving from out of state. Donna, the sale rep, subsequently added mail-forwarding to my account. She had no authorization to do this. Why would she do this other than to add extra charges. Why would I want them to send my mail to my old out of state address? They credit you, then bill you for the same service you don't want the next month!!!!!!!!! Technical support is non-existent. They direct you to your portal. Portal doesn't work. Anyone I can call for tech-support? Nope. I go in to the office for the 5 day/month day office that I paid for and learn my account doesn't exist. Everything exists however when they bill and charge you. Especially unauthorized charges. What a WASTE of time. I should be working, but have to call my banks to make sure they refute and deny all future charges from Regus. They get one-star for being located in a professional building, but if you don't want to waste time trying to fix or rectify a problem with their portal, account, or billing go anywhere else.

I have been here a year and have dealt with multiple accounting issues amongst other problems. The facility is clean you have 24 hour access and the offices are nice.? But I was moved into an office that was never paying. It had pictures on the walls and hBut I was moved into an office that was never painted. Had pictures on the walls and holes and nails. For a whole year I requested for my office to be painted and the nails and hose taken out the walls per Donna. The leasing agent promised me that they would do very quickly, but never got done In a whole year. Now they are telling me they are charging me an 800 restoration fee for Work. They never came in and completed and they took a $800 restoration fee from the last tenant that was here that left all their items that are still here. I also moved the previous tenants furniture out and move my own furniture in which they were supposed to do also They have very bad business practices, and you cannot talk to anyone but the receptionist and when it comes down to it, they’re gonna say you never talk to them about anything and you won’t have a log of anything. It’s a nice facility, but overall, I feel like they’re double dipping and stealing people’s money And this is a place that I planned on making my home office, but unfortunately I have to leave. And they’re basically telling me that they understand they never did anything they promise, but they’re still charging me the $800 Restoration fee, which is to Restore the office back for the next tenant to move in. My due the $800 is more than I even pay for rent. I pay 766 for rent.. And beware of Donna she will promise you everything and once you sign the lease, you will not be able to get in contact with her and she would not help you solve any issues that come about actually no one will.

The good thing is the view of the city is amazing. The bad thing is the sales experience is the worst unfortunately. Donna sold us quick and did not explain everything we would pay for and dodged us for multiple weeks after. If you want the space definitely work with different rep then Donna.
