This coworking space looks good on the surface, but the biggest issue is management's complete lack of responsiveness. Our lease ended December 31st. We gave notice that we were leaving in October at the end of the lease, which management never acknowledged. We attempted to make several phone calls, emails, and text messages, all of which went unacknowledged. There were several instances during our one year lease here where the bathrooms were completely out of hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The mail never gets sorted and put into your mailbox. (which is not a huge deal, just another example of the complete lack of involvement by management) The rent isn't terrible. The location is great. Just don't expect to have a hands on building manager.
