Avoid Regus at All Costs – Dishonest Practices and Zero Accountability I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Regus in Overland Park has been frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. Regus seems to follow a disturbing pattern of withholding or deleting key documents, particularly when it benefits them financially. In my case, this practice resulted in being locked into a longer financial commitment than I had originally agreed to. When I asked for clarification or documentation to back up their claims, I was either ignored, redirected endlessly, or told that the documents no longer existed. Convenient for them — disastrous for their clients. This isn’t just a clerical error. It feels like a calculated strategy to trap clients into paying more than they initially signed up for. In any business relationship, honesty and transparency are essential, especially when contracts and financial obligations are involved. Regus clearly has no interest in upholding these values. Worse yet, their management and support teams are completely unhelpful. Whether you're dealing with billing questions, contract issues, or basic service needs, you’ll find yourself running in circles. They either can’t do anything, won’t do anything, or pretend it’s not their problem. It’s an exhausting and time-consuming process that yields little to no resolution. There are plenty of better office space options in Overland Park that actually value their customers and operate with integrity. I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to look elsewhere. A professional space is supposed to help your business grow — not cause you unnecessary stress and financial strain. Do your homework and save yourself the headache. Regus is not worth the risk.

Regus is a horrible company to do business with. The people are extremely rude and disrespectful! I even overheard some racist hateful comments after I walked down the hallway. I wouldn't even feel safe walking in this building! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I made sure to let the proper authorities aware of this!

After looking into this company more closely, I came across numerous reports from other clients that raise very serious concerns. It appears that Regus has a pattern of deleting or withholding key documents, which conveniently works in their favor to extend leases or tie customers into longer financial commitments than originally agreed upon. This type of behavior is highly unprofessional and borders on deceptive business practices. Transparency and trust should be the foundation of any business relationship—especially in an office rental or coworking environment where clients are relying on clear terms, timely communication, and good faith dealings. Unfortunately, the reputation Regus has built, particularly at this location, suggests the opposite. Instead of prioritizing client success and satisfaction, they seem more interested in exploiting loopholes and administrative maneuvers to maximize profit at the expense of their tenants. If you are looking for a flexible office space provider in Overland Park, I would strongly recommend exploring alternative options. There are many reputable companies that value integrity, communication, and genuine customer service. Based on the experiences shared by others, Regus at Lighton Tower does not appear to be one of them.

They will not honor what they tell you -- they will lock you into a contract and make it so difficult to give them notice that they *Auto-Renew*.
