Awful customer service. Signed an agreement and was locked in at $230.00 per month in November of 2025. The second month "hidden fee's" that were never explained to me showed up on my bill. Fast forward to March and my "rent" was raised to 298.00. Fast forward to April my rent was raised to $375.00 and again raised in May to $391.00... Mind you this is for a CO WORKING DESK. Not even a private office. I cancelled my lease and they charged me AGAIN $77.73 to "return" my co working desk to rental condition (it's literally just a desk) so I guess $77.73 to wipe it down? Crooks and terrible customer service. Multiple people have issues with shady billing practices and surprise charges. The leasing agents are not transparent with the "fees" and they will dupe you into signing a lease. Consider yourself warned.

I'm finishing up a lease agreement w/ Regus in the coming months, and it's been an absolute disaster. Renting from Regus feels a lot like doing business with the Mafia. They will steal from you by adding phantom charges to your bill, shake you down, and then claim there's nobody you can speak with when it's time to get customer service involved. I've never seen a company where there's literally nobody you can speak with when there are issues that pop up. You just get stonewalled. When you see an expected monthly charge for an office space, expect it to be substantially higher each month after all hidden charges and creative ways they find to get you on the back end. Throughout the month of January, the internet worked subpar at best, and it was impossible to get anyone to tend to the matter. Of all vendors I've ever done business with, I'd steer clear of Regus more than any of the others. If you are considering renting from Regus, don't. Go elsewhere. Your future self will thank you.

Mya Jones at the front desk is absolutely outstanding. My internet was out for seven days, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it through tickets and corporate channels, nothing worked. Mya took ownership of the problem and went above and beyond to get it fixed. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping—something that made a huge difference during a very frustrating situation. Thank you, Mya. I really appreciate your excellent customer service and follow-through.

Do not do business with Regus. Before you take my word for it, read their BBB reviews -- they paint the same picture I experienced. Hidden fees are buried in their auto-accepted contracts, and their web portal rarely functions as advertised. If you don’t manually cancel the auto-renewing lease through their system (even if you notify them in writing that the portal is broken and that you do not wish to renew, as I did), they will still auto-renew your agreement. Aside from the front desk team --who are great-- the rest of the staff provide no support, and there’s no meaningful way to get issues resolved with corporate or any other route. This has been an abysmal experience from start to finish. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Disappointed with my experience at this Regus location. While I've had positive interactions at other Regus offices, the service here fell short of expectations. The front desk staff seemed more focused on upselling private office space than assisting with my immediate needs. I was charged for a late checkout despite being only 5 minutes over time. I'll be returning to other Regus locations where I've received more accommodating service.
