I am very offended by all of the bad reviews that this location has. I have shipped hundreds of packages through the UPS store in Warsaw, and I have not had a single bad experience. The employees always greet me and we even strike a conversation if they are not busy. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. Never had an issue with them, and this is coming from someone that visits them weekly. 5/5 for sure!

Amazing experience with the store I would highly recommend them in any shipping needs… the Indian guy was very nice and help and made my experience very easy.

I was just in there (im in the store atleast 1-2x a week) and I just want to say how well Katie and Rebekah always takes care of me! The store is clean, they are always welcoming, and keep the line moving quickly. We are so lucky to have our UPS store in Warsaw. Keep up the great work, ladies!
