Amazing experience with the store I would highly recommend them in any shipping needs… the Indian guy was very nice and help and made my experience very easy.

I was just in there (im in the store atleast 1-2x a week) and I just want to say how well Katie and Rebekah always takes care of me! The store is clean, they are always welcoming, and keep the line moving quickly. We are so lucky to have our UPS store in Warsaw. Keep up the great work, ladies!

The two ladies working were so rude. I ripped a box on my way in and dropped everything- they charged me $5 just to tape up my box. I have been shipping stuff out of ups for years, I have never had an ups charge me to close a box for me.
