Momentum South Bend has completely redefined what a workspace and community should feel like. From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn’t just another coworking space trying to look good on the surface — this place actually delivers on every promise it makes. The energy, the professionalism, and the genuine care from the people here are unmatched. Kimmi at the front desk was the very first impression, and honestly, she set the bar incredibly high. She took the time to walk me through the entire space with patience, enthusiasm, and real pride in what Momentum offers. You can tell immediately that she loves what she does and truly cares about the people who come through the doors. She didn’t rush the tour, didn’t give a cookie-cutter explanation, and didn’t treat it like a script. Instead, she made it personal, welcoming, and informative — answering every question thoroughly and making sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. That kind of front-desk presence is rare. Chris, the owner, is another huge reason this place stands out. You can tell Momentum South Bend is not just a business to him — it’s something he’s deeply invested in. His leadership shows in every detail of the space, from how it’s run to how members are treated. What really separates Momentum from other coworking spaces is the management. At a lot of places, management feels distant, disengaged, or purely transactional. Here, it’s the complete opposite. The people running Momentum actually care — and you can feel that the second you walk in. The environment itself is incredible. Everything is clean, modern, well thought-out, and designed with productivity in mind. Whether you’re working solo, collaborating, or meeting clients, the space adapts perfectly to whatever you need. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between professional and welcoming. It’s not stiff or corporate, but it’s also not chaotic or disorganized. It’s the kind of place that naturally makes you want to focus, create, and do your best work. I’ve been to other coworking spaces, and honestly, none of them come close. Many look nice at first glance but lack heart, consistency, or real leadership. Momentum South Bend doesn’t just look good — it feels right. Other spaces often treat members like numbers. Here, you’re treated like a person. Like someone who belongs. That alone makes a massive difference in how motivated and supported you feel day to day. The community aspect is another standout. Momentum fosters an environment where entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives can actually connect — not forced networking, but genuine interaction that happens naturally. You can tell the team takes pride in maintaining high standards. Nothing feels neglected, overlooked, or thrown together. Every detail reflects intention and care. What impressed me most is how approachable everyone is. Whether it’s Kimmi at the desk or Chris as the owner, there’s no ego, no hierarchy, no “too busy” attitude. Everyone is respectful, present, and engaged. Momentum South Bend proves that great management creates great culture. When leadership genuinely cares, it shows in every interaction, every policy, and every experience. This is the kind of place that raises the bar for the entire industry. Other coworking spaces should honestly take notes — because this is how it’s supposed to be done. If you’re looking for a workspace where you feel welcomed, supported, and valued, this is it. If you want a place with people who actually care, this is it. Momentum isn’t just a location — it’s a community built by people who genuinely want to see others succeed. That’s rare, and it’s powerful. I can confidently say that Momentum South Bend stands far above the rest. Not just because of the space, but because of the people behind it. Kimmi and Chris are exactly the kind of individuals you want representing a place like this. Professional, kind, passionate, and authentic. This isn’t just the best coworking experience I’ve had — it’s the standard all others should be compared to.

Great place to get work done and meet new people. We've had an office here from the start. The level of finishes (art, chairs, desks, couches, lights) and amenities (conf rooms, coffee, event space, cocktail bar) are top notch. Other co-working places I've been a member at have always struggled with privacy and sound. The conference rooms, phone call booths and numerous places to sit make private conversations and meetings really easy.

This facility is next level amazing! Such a wonderful example of how private entrepreneurship, the city of South Bend, and Notre Dame can work together to support everyone involved. So fun to see the energy here.

Awesome place! I was traveling and needed a spot to work from for a couple of hours and hold a call. I reached out and the my were very responsive and welcoming. I’ve experienced a number of co-working spaces and this one really reflect the best of the best. I hope for a reason to stop there in the future!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Momentum Entrepreneurship Hub.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
