I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this staffing agency. They have repeatedly failed to send my pay on time, and for the entire month I’ve been waiting on my mail and payments, nothing has come through. On top of that, every time I call, I get a different answer from a different person — one person promises me money will be sent, another says it’s against policy, and another gives me a totally different explanation. I’ve been left stranded, without access to the money I’ve already worked for, and dealing with rude and dismissive responses on the phone. It’s unprofessional and extremely discouraging. If you are looking for work, I strongly recommend finding a different staffing agency. No one deserves to deal with the constant delays, miscommunication, and lack of respect that I’ve experienced here. I’m beyond frustrated with this company. After another two weeks of waiting, =1 month 1week. I still haven’t received my card. The first time they claimed they sent it, they mailed it to the wrong address — even after verifying and changing my address with them over the phone. That mistake caused serious issues, including someone else being able to access my mail and activate my card. I called again to fix it, confirmed my correct address, and they promised it would be sent. Yet here I am, still empty-handed. Every call I make, I get the runaround, and at this point it feels like they’re not sending the card at all. This company has shown nothing but inconsistency, false promises, and negligence. It’s extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust them with something as important as their pay.

I love having the HUB here for our community! If you need a place to go to get some work done out of the house or out of the same old office everyday, this is a great option!

The Hub is an incredible space! It has a fantastic atmosphere and provides the perfect setting for co-working. The meeting rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly what our organization needs. Plus, it’s affordable, welcoming, and the staff is always friendly—especially Susan at the front, who greets everyone with a smile!

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Hub 127, who is more than happy to help out.
