Beautiful, bright and lovely space to buckle down and work or to host an event! There is also plenty of parking and the location is easy to find.

Very nice place ! Beautiful set up. Would suggest manager be a little more transparent with how the venue is used. I understand life happens but it’s good to allow a client to know all info before booking. People were allowed in and out during our venue and it caused conflict between the family and guest which was not okay. I appreciated his services and he was kind

The space was very versatile, and I was drawn in to booking by all of the great reviews that I saw on the site. However, the communication about the parking, weekend privacy or what part of the space was ours to use did not align with our agreement expectations and communication with Clarence. While we were very grateful for the generous time to set up, it was negated by the number of renters who came in to use the conference room and other space as well as pick up mail, even during our event. One group was in the building with us from the set up all the way through the end of the event. In fact, we have a young lady who was attending a meeting in the conference room on video walking through the bar which was our food service area. Then there was a situation when a man in a ski mask entered the building and just walked from the front to the back and refused to be talked to by anyone. It was very intimidating and as it turns out, he was renting a mailbox, but was not informed an event would be taking place. I have pictures and I’m sure there is Security video to validate all of this. We were advised that the space was closed on the weekend and we had ample room to set up and prep for guests. This was particularly important because the small kitchen does not have a stove or oven and we were serving food we used caterers who required the prep space to which we were denied the day of the event. I’m disappointed that such an injustice was served to both my daughter at during her wedding shower and the patrons who rent the space or mailboxes Lastly, if it matters to you whether there are months of dust under the tables and hanging off of the furniture, bugs and spiders traps overflowing in and around the furniture that you will move, you will be disappointed. The website promotes the flexibility of the space and boasts that the furniture can be moved in whatever way that suits you, the basic service of ensuring a deep clean is conducted before a scheduled event would be wise.

This is a beautiful spot to rent a space for an event or to have a remote office. Owners are top notch and the facilities are amazing. I highly recommend!

Wonderful space with a relaxing atmosphere. Great place to come and work if your looking for quiet even a better place to rent if your looking to throw a baby-shower, graduation party, birthday party, get together, etc.
