DO NOT RENT FROM Z-ZONE 31! I regret renewing my lease to June of 2026. New building management company LONICERA, and owner, Alyssa Mercer have instituted a new punitive late fee policy of $10/day. I have my rent set up on autopay with my bank. For some reason the payment was not received by building management. I did not know it wasn’t received. I showed them my bank autopay, but I was still charged $240 in late fees. If I could leave now I would. On top of this their maintenance is poor as well. Mark Buss Owner Pop-A-Lock of Southport

Went here for a Mary Kay party at the Pink Studios. Everyone was so friendly. They need creamer for their coffee machine. 😂
