Refinery46 is a first-of-its-kind co-working space in SoBro Indianapolis. While co-working has been growing over the last decade, Refinery46 is a perfect blend of businesses, individuals, and industries that you commonly (tech, marketing, podcast, animation, individuals of larger companies, etc.) and uncommonly (plumbing, roofing, brewing, painting, etc.) see operate through such a model. The 30,000 sq.ft. facility first constructed in 1944 has been completely renovated bringing high quality infrastructure and an industrial aesthetic to the space.

Most importantly the amenities and support have been designed around supporting the unique needs of home services and construction firms investing to grow in the highly competitive Central Indiana marketplace.

Amenities include: Lighting fast internet, Top-shelf local coffee, Secure shipping and receiving, and Business growth seminars.

The building is unlocked between 8:30am to 4:30pm each workday. If you are arriving outside of that time frame, please use the code "6205" to enter the building through the "Guest Entrance" (large glass entry way) on Hillside Ave.

The staff was absolutely amazing to work with. Patient very understanding and compassionate about our needs as a client. The venue was very clean and accommodating in every way. I Will definitely use Refinery46 again. Cannot forget about how great their prices are. Book for your next event!!

In dealing with Keegan White the Community Director, my experience was wonderful. My G-daughter had the best sweet 16 Birthday party. It was very memorable for her, her high school friends and our family that supported.

This place is a hidden gem for event space! We usually rent a hotel conference room for our offsite team training, but wanted something a bit different. Refinery46 is conveniently located. We leased The Docks meeting room and our group had tons of compliments about the space. Keegan was amazing to work with and patient with me when I wanted to visit the space multiple times before our event. Highly recommend!!
