We have been at 120 Suites for 14 years and it is a convenient and professional building. The ownership and maintenance staff have always been responsive and worked with us on any issue. We know the staff by name and that includes the delivery people that come to the building daily. It’s a great location for downtown.
This is my 4th year of having my business at this location and I love it here. If I need anything done, the management team sees that it taken care right away. The prices to lease from here are very affordable, especially in downtown Indy. There are 5 conference rooms available for meetings, free wifi, close to the Monument Circle, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
