I was looking to lease a space for my school, but they never got back to me about zoning. They thought there was zoning allowance, but not known.
Remote location for the most part. I would have preferred a sign be on the outside door so that we would not have had to go up the elevator to the office when ww didn't need to. However, the office manager was really personable and the rental went smoothly. They have plenty of size options and our truck was clean.
