We have been tenants at the Yeager Suite at Fort Benjamin Harrison since 2021, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The Yeager's have been absolutely wonderful to work with, professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive of their tenants. The office suites are truly amazing. Our company currently occupies five suites in the building, and we have been consistently satisfied with the upkeep and maintenance. Any repairs or concerns that arise are handled promptly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day operations. What truly sets the Yeager Suite apart is the staff. The entire team is amazing, friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s a pleasure doing business in a space that is not only well-maintained but also managed by people who truly care. We highly recommend the Yeager Suite to any business looking for a professional, well-managed office environment.

So I read a review where they took a deposit for no reason. I was like there is no way but yep it happened to me as well. I had the place for like 3 months. Went there maybe 3 times. Had nothing more than a computer on the desk. Never hung up anything on the walls etc and somehow I got charged $75 dollars for labor, admin and materials? That’s all it said. I know it’s ruff out there but this place reminds me of those car dealerships that charge to put “special air” in your tires. Moral of the story don’t plan on getting your whole deposit back.
