I've had the pleasure of knowing Addison and Chad personally, and so when I decided to launch my own company earlier this year, there was genuinely never a question about where I wanted to set up shop, it’s The Quixote. Their private office spaces are well-designed in a way that's hard to put into words until you've actually spent time in it. I really like that they've created a place that's professional enough to bring my clients in when hosting meetings, and still feels warm and welcoming with all of the cool exposed brick and great natural lighting. The amenities are a great fit for a small business like mine too! They offer 24/7 access, fast internet, and bookable meeting rooms and conference spaces for client calls and team sessions. The flat-rate pricing is a bonus, which makes budgeting easy. But honestly, what Addison and Chad have built beyond the physical space is what sets The Quixote apart. There's a genuine Indianapolis small business community here. I've had conversations in the hallways with other local professionals and business owners have turned into real relationships. I think that's important to highlight as that's not something you find just anywhere! Addison and Katrina hosted our team’s annual off site retreat. They were very generous with the Quixote and accommodating us. You can tell this space will be gorgeous!

Let me tell you something about this place. It is very beautiful very Charming. The owners are very polite and professional. This is the place you can go to whether it’s work related or You wanna have meetings or are you would rather have a gathering or quiet time I just got an office here and it is beautiful. I love it. I just wanna thank them for letting me be a part of their community

I just had my daughter's Bridal Shower at the Quixote. The space is beautiful! Everyone asked how I found them so I'm hoping that leads to many more beautiful events! The Newell's (especially Katrina) were wonderful to work with and very accommodating! Thank you for everything!
