We rented space at Yeager Office Suites for about 10 years, and it truly became more than just a place to work. Jill and Leisa were incredible site managers who always made us feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of. The building was consistently clean and well maintained, and we appreciated all of the shared amenities, including the conference rooms, kitchen, mailboxes, and restrooms. Having access fobs and individual suite keys also made it incredibly convenient to come and go as needed. What made our time at Yeager most special was the people. We were fortunate to share the space with respectful, professional tenants, many of whom became friends and lasting connections. After so many years, leaving was bittersweet. We are incredibly grateful for our time at Yeager Office Suites and for the people who made it such a positive part of our journey. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming place to call their office home.

Great building with great management! The property is clean, pricing is fair, contracts are reasonable, and there are some nice tenant incentives. I also really like the community here—respectful tenants, team-building events, fair parking, and a great break room/front area. The only things I’d change are having more freedom to personalize your office space (like painting) and having individual temperature control. Since the temperature is building-wide, you may need a fan or small heater depending on the weather. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend it!

For small business looking to keep it simple, Yeager Office Suites of Greenwood is fantastic! The amenities offered in the building - meeting spaces, kitchen, waiting areas- are top notch. I also love the tenant engagement for networking and advertising/marketing within the building. If you have been overwhelmed in your real estate hunt, call it quits and settle here.

I was approved in advance for a one-time coworking visit and told to check in at the front desk. When I arrived, the desk was unattended and there was no backup person available to help. After waiting and trying to reach the office, I was told the person who approved my visit was at lunch until 1 PM. While I waited, I felt unwelcome and ultimately scared by the way the situation was handled. The space itself looked beautiful, but the lack of a reliable check-in process and basic visitor support made this a very upsetting experience. I later reached management, who stated they do not offer one-time coworking visits and only offer coworking through a lease—despite the verbal approval I received before arriving. I hope management addresses this so no future visitor is left in the same position.
