A busy Saturday morning due to events in town, the staff are working hard and preparing yummy goodness!! I am so glad we trusted the reviews and stopped by! The Best Chai Tea Vanilla ever!! We will be back! Geocaching the area this weekend. Our sandwiches are super fresh. YUM

We’ve been loyal customers of this coffee shop for years, and normally it’s one of our favorite spots in Franklin. Unfortunately, our visit on Monday, March 9, 2026, was genuinely alarming. A fire broke out in the roasting room, and within moments the entire shop filled with thick, foul‑smelling smoke that caused noticeable throat and lung irritation for both kids and adults. The fire alarm did go off, but what shocked me most was that none of the employees—or the owner—said a single word to alert customers or guide anyone to evacuate. People ended up leaving on their own while coughing and covering their faces, and only after we were already outside did police and fire crews arrive. What makes this even more concerning is that this is the second fire in roughly five months. I love supporting local businesses, and I’ve always appreciated the atmosphere here, but at this point I think they seriously need to reevaluate roasting their own beans or at least overhaul their safety protocols. I hope they take this incident seriously, because customer safety should never be an afterthought.

This is hands down some of the best coffee around. Every sip feels like a warm hug. This place is my go to when I’m meeting up with other moms or need a place to just chill with my son. The only thing I wish they had was more lunch options, the breakfast is incredible though so I’ll keep coming regardless!

Our favorite coffeehouse in Franklin. We've never tried any of their sandwiches or pastries, but their coffee is top notch.
