Great place with a great atmosphere. I do wish parking wouldn't be taken up by 8:30 in the morning.

It's ok. The space is always clean and looks nice and the restaurants that are there are good, but that's where the good ends for me. Parking has gotten very expensive recently (I believe it's doubled, or close to it in the last few months), they are constantly losing vendors, and it has been dead every time I've gone in the evening. And unless you work in one of the offices or need lunch there's really no other reason to go. I love what they're trying to do, but it's still got some improving to do before it's worth regularly visiting.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Electric Works Coworking, who is more than happy to help out.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Electric Works Coworking.
Electric Works Coworking - Building 9 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
