Seems the building can be rented out for corporate business meetings as that was my reason for visiting. The food was good😋

Submitted an invention idea through their Inventors Program in 2018. Gary Fry is the "head" of this program and he liked my idea, and accepted me into the program. We met once a week, but he seemed to forget our appointment times. After getting my idea accepted, Gary had told me that in a few weeks, the company would grant $1000 towards the progression of my invention. I worked on it everyday, and always arrived to our meetings with progress. I created a working prototype with nuts, bolts, glue, and other miscellaneous things I purchased from a hardware store. I had blueprints, sketches, motivation, and wrote emails to engineering professors. Apparently none of this effort was enough to satisfy Gary's personal set of guidelines to obtain the money that he had promised me about 2 weeks before this conversation. Not only did he do NOTHING to help me develop the invention--he got my hopes up when I would have preferred to not even hear about it to begin with.

However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The NIIC.

Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs.
