I started my solo counseling private practice in the Yeager Office Suites Fishers II building in 2022. Since then, we've grown into a small group practice and now rent three suites along the same hallway. The offices themselves are quiet, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what you want for a counseling practice. The building's common areas are clean, well-designed, and inviting, which helps put our clients at ease while they wait for appointments. But what stands out most is the management. Lexi Adams, the building manager, is consistently responsive, reliable, and warm to everyone she interacts with. Her support has made a real difference as our practice has grown. Yeager Office Suites has been a genuinely great home for our business, and I recommend it without hesitation.

Ms. Adams has been an outstanding building manager since we moved our office into Yeager Office Suites of II Fishers in early 2026. From the first tour through move-in and beyond, she has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She made the entire process straightforward — answering questions quickly, coordinating details without drama, and making sure everything was ready when we arrived. Even after we settled in, she continues to be easy to reach and proactive about anything the building or tenants need. The building itself is well-maintained and the location works well for us, but what really stands out is how Ms. Adams runs things. She treats tenants like professionals and creates a welcoming, organized environment. Highly recommend both the space and her management.

Love my new office at Yeager Fishers II. All my clients loves the industrial vibe which is why I choose this space. But the icing on the cake is the Yeager team and their ongoing investment in their renters. Lexi Adams is THE BEST building manager ever! Whether she is serving up bagels and coffee or greeting you like a ray of sunshine, she is highly responsive, available and such a joy to work with on a daily basis. Yeager Properties are also invested in helping me grow my business by providing marketing support, which is such a bonus! I totally recommend them....thanks Yeager!
