Yeager Office Suites is by far the most professional office building I’ve used for my business. The space is fully ADA-compliant, beautifully maintained, and clients frequently comment—unprompted—on how much they like the building, lobby, and offices. The building manager is friendly, courteous, and consistently responsive, and the facilities are immaculate, from the lobby to the restrooms. Parking is plentiful and well-lit, which helps clients and occupants feel safe, even in the evening, and winter maintenance (snow removal and salting) is handled promptly. Reliable Wi-Fi and audiovisual resources make this an excellent, worry-free professional environment.

I have been in private practice since 2002 and occupied several different office spaces in the area. This is by far my favorite place. The location in Carmel is great but the real amenity is the great customer service. DJ is competent, friendly, and truly takes care of the space and his occupants. In prior buildings it was always a challenge calling someone and getting them to take care of things. DJ takes care of things so there typically aren’t any issues. However, if one arises he is always available and quickly responds with what will be done. I need my space to feel safe and comfortable so my clients have a good experience entering in to their therapy. This building provides that 100%. This will be my forever home!
