I had a tour scheduled; however, upon my arrival, the facility manager informed me that there were no available units to show, as the facility was at full capacity. Additionally, I did not receive any email or phone call notifying me that the tour would be canceled. I am disappointed that I made the trip only to learn upon arrival that the tour could not take place.

We have moved into the space for over a year now. The space is well maintained and we receive prompt notices with any events happening in the facilities. The common area is also a nice touch so we can have a coffee when we get in before the start of the day.
