Everybody is very helpful with a deep knowledge. The flexible membership for short and periodic projects is perfect. I pay $60 for access to everything to get done what I need then renew when I have more to do. The 24/7 access is great. High demand equipment can have a bit of a wait and some machines can be a little temperamental... but not having to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a piece of equipment for a one-off project make it a value well worth the price.

Lasers, 3d printers, woodshop, electronics, fabric/textiles, media, music, metalshop. Active online and in person community. A lot of members with different expertise to help you complete your project or learn something new. Membership costs less than it would to just maintain the equipment if you owned it. Fox.build has a small workshop feel. It is as collaborative or independent as you want: there are few tools you need approval or training to use but if you want help learning the owners or other members will take the time to help you. There are tours several times a week, set up a time to come in and see if it is right for you.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Fox.Build.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
