I hosted an event at Venture X and could not have been more impressed. The space was clean and pristine—exactly the kind of environment you want for an elegant experience. Jeri, the community manager, went above and beyond for us. She helped us set up, gave us a full tour of the space, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good time. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. The environment is modern, well-designed, and incredibly conducive to both creativity and connection. Venture X exceeded every expectation, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to host an elevated event, workshop, or gathering. P.S. The only reason I'm not a member is the hour long commute, but it was totally worth it!

Marie and Jeri were absolutely awesome to work with. Marie was very helpful to confirm availability and the right room size with Jeri being absolutely fantastic at helping to host and was very attentive to our needs. Venture X is awesome!

Love this place. It's so open and beautiful. From the entry to the coworking spaces to the private offices, this place is so bright and open. I love the coffee and the Tea Bar, this place is so inviting. I've also met such great people that use the space and often see people catching up over lunch. Really feels like a workplace with good vibes.

At 1701 Golf Rd, Tower 3, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
