I have been a tenant of Washington Place since 2017. My business Inner Fire Counseling has utilized multiple suites here and they have all been great. Management is present, attentive, and is very responsive. Building is well maintained and they are constantly making improvements. It is a great option if you are looking to open up your own space for your business! Highly recommend!

New Era Support Services has loved having our business in Washington Place. We have been here many years and the building management has always been exceptional. The building is always clean and there is no sense of worry with their security cameras. If ever there is an issue the tenants are always the first to know. We love the small things management does such as the Holiday coffee and donuts they have. Washington Place is a wonderful place to have your business and easy to get too. Thank you to everyone that makes Washington Place a great place!!!

Washington Place has been a wonderful place to welcome prospective families and residents while we await the grand opening of The Brant at Oswego Senior Living. We couldn’t ask for a better location and the view is spectacular! Colleen Dermody has been a blessing to work with and has graciously accommodated our ever changing construction schedules. Washington Place has been wonderful. The building is always clean and well cared for. Since finding a home here for Goldenstein Psychological Services -GPS a year ago, they've been very attentive to my needs as a tenant and very supportive of my endeavors as a business. I look forward to keeping GPS at Washington Place for the foreseeable future. Thanks again for all that you do!

KCS Counseling has a second location here in Suite 216. Building management is quickly responsive to emails & goes above & beyond for their tenants. They recently painted & changed the carpets. They maintain the building very well. I also appreciate the cameras and locked doors that provide a safe work environment.
